About Spirited Connections Counselling
Spirited Connections Counselling is a holistic, multi-faceted healing practice founded with the intention of helping individuals (be it human or animal) to live their fullest and most authentic expression. As individuals are unique, so too will be their paths to healing, wellness, and self-empowerment.
At Spirited Connections, we offer a range of services to help you overcome life's challenges. Our sessions are available for men, women and children as individuals, or in couples, families, or groups. We offer traditional talk therapy, intuitive counselling, as well as integrative therapies including equine facilitated psychotherapy, animal assisted therapy, and energy psychotherapy. Reiki sessions are also available to promote health and wellness.
Spirited Connections believes that everyone has unique skills, abilities and passions. Supporting you in actualizing these is paramount. Classes and individual sessions are available to facilitate in the identification and enhancement of these; be they practical skills, creative expression, or healing abilities.
Spirited Connections Counselling is located in Asheville, North Carolina and serves WNC area.
Why Rebalance?
We all fall out of balance, for many reasons. Be it humans or animals we are impacted by our environments, by our relationships, and for people, our thoughts. Without balance - within ourselves, and between us and our environments - we rapidly develop symptoms of dis-ease. Physical, mental, emotional symptoms arise when balance is lost and our energy blocked. At Spirited Connections Counselling we offer an array of services for humans and animals to restore balance, thus promoting health and well-being.
About Rebecca
As founder of Spirited Connections Counselling, Rebecca possesses a distinctive combination of skills and experience. Rebecca has her Masters in Social Work, with expertise in the areas of mental health and addiction, mindfulness and animal assisted therapy. She is also a Reiki Master, Intuitive Counsellor, and Healer. As your counsellor, Rebecca will work with you to move you towards being your authentic self, including in both expression and in relationships. She is caring, compassionate and insightful and will nurture these qualities within you. She is also a phenomenal teacher and mentor, and will work with you to identify and enhance your intuitive abilities, connect with spirit guides, and trust your inner wisdom.
In addition, Rebecca is an avid horsewoman and rider. She has an affinity with horses and other animals, and has worked in partnership with them for many years. She is an animal communicator and practices energy medicine for animals.
